3 Stones Riesling

3 Stones Riesling

Description: Grapes from both the South Island and the North Island of New Zealand have come together to create the 3 Stones wines. The slightly lower level of alcohol here is more than compensated for by its fruity weight and fine tartaric acidity, a style ideal for a Reisling. With notes suggestive of crisp green apples, lime zest and floral aromas, a lively, lemon character develops into a zingy finish, providing a rich, dry delight. In time, it will develop secondary nuances of toasty honeycomb. An ideal partner for Asian and Oriental dishes, or simply as a pre-dinner drink. This is a medium sweet white wine.
